Major fields of research:

From the beginning the fous of the project is on the research field of open innovation within organizations. During the whole project we aim to publish research findings and present and discuss them with experts on international conferences. Through an intense national and international exchange new ideas can be developed, models can be filed out and research results can be integrated. This helps to advance the results and therefore the usability of the project on the one hand and the general research findings on the other hand. Especially the integrative consideration of different views on the topic is regarded as being very promising.
