What forms of moderation and self-organization do exist within open innovation communities and how can they be facilitated?
Which methods are supportive for the development of radical innovations?
Which roles and processes are necessary  to develop open innovations?

Idea evaluation:

How should a holistic concept for the evaluation of radical innovations be designed?
Which methods enable an integration of the employees in the evaluation of radical innovations?
How can these methods be implemented technically?

Leadership:

How are the management tools (e.g. leadership objectives, incentive systems) used to advance innovations?
How are the management tools used within open innovation communities?
How should management tools to advance open innovation in businesses look like?

Motivation:

How does the innovation task influence the flow-experience of the employees?
How does the motivating power of visions influence open innovation communities?
What is the degree of motivational potential on a social software platform (as a situative frame)?

Controlling:

How should innovation controlling be integrated into the early stages of the innovation process?
How are instruments of innovation controlling used within open innovation communities?
How should a concept of innovation controlling to support the processes in open innovation communities look like?
