Knowledge transfer:

• First results are presented and discussed in the lecture “Leadership & Innovation” at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
• First IT- meeting on the 26th of June 2008 at Munich airport. The partners had the possibility to discuss the experiences with existing software and to develop ideas about the demands of a modular open innovation platform.
• On the 29th of July 2008 the first research results concerning leadership, motivation and controlling have been presented and discussed during an interactive workshop with our partners.
