Objective:

The main objective is the development and implementation of a sustainable, science-based, and field-tested management system, increasing open innovation competence within organisations. We define open innovation competence of an organisation as the ability to accelerate dispersed innovation activities within the organisation and to identify radical innovation for the usage in complementary development processes.
