Controlling systems for open innovation communities within organizations:
Aim of this part is to show, that the opening of the innovation process beyond internal boundaries by applying open innovation communities is effective as well as efficient compared to conventional internal innovation methods. Relevant controlling fields will be identified and new concepts and methods will be developed. For this, there is a systematization of the existing controlling methods in organizations, which are afterwards tested on their connectivity to innovation controlling in open innovation communities.
In the context of the prototype execution of the social software platform we aim to test, evaluate and adapt the designed controlling system.
