Innovation development within open innovation communities within organizations:

The focus of this project module lies in the support of innovation development within open innovation communities. For that purpose, we are going to investigate, to develop and to test methods and technologies, which ease the innovation process and the integration of the involved actors. Our aim is to develop concepts, which answer the following questions: Which general information is necessary, how can it be integrated and what are methods to make it accessible to all parties on demand. The basis for it is a detailed workflow analysis of the innovation process. Closely connected to that is the analysis and the encouragement of communication and cooperation. We will develop a conceptual framework for the open innovation platform, considering evaluation parameters and critical success factors. In that context, the social software deserves closer attention.
